Definitions

“Production Data” is data generated by the Delegate Connect Platform, either programmatically or by Users, within a production instance of the Delegate Connect Platform, including but not limited to all databases, logs, and diagnostic data


“Non-Production Environment” is any environment that is not a Production, or “Live” Environment. Non-production Environments include “Development,” “Test,” and “Staging” Environments


“Production Environment” is the “Live” environment that is used by the end users.


Policy

Iconic Live will not store, process, or transmit Production Data in Non-Production Environments. It is our policy to programmatically generate content for all development and testing purposes to validate code for Production Environments.


If Iconic Live discovers production data in a Non-Production Environment, We will do Our due diligence to notify the source of the information of the violation of this policy. The parties will work together to remove the Production Data in way that is technically feasible as soon as possible.


In the event it is not technically feasible to remove the production data from the Non-Production Environment, the non-production environment will be held to the same strict security and privacy policies and standards as a Production Environment. However, such Non-Production Environment shall only be accessed by Iconic Live staff, and service providers as is strictly necessary for the purpose of testing.


In certain instances, a cloned copy of Production Data is made for legal compliance, static reporting on behalf our our Users, and other appropriate tasks relating to the delivery of our Services, set out in Our Terms of Service. These Environments will be held to the same strict security and privacy policies and standards as the Production Environment. The Non-Production Environment shall only be accessed by Iconic Live staff and service providers as is strictly necessary.
